Packing, Cleaning, & Some Play!

Tomorrow we leave for Cape Cod. 4 days alone to celebrate our 1 year anniversary (August 8th), and a week with my family after that. PHWEPH! I have been looking forward to this trip since the bleak New England winter months.

So, when my husband left this morning to help my dad with some neon stuff (more on that in the future), he reminded me to get going on our list of things to clean, pack, and buy. To motivate myself, I started with the packing. I've been saving a couple of new (to me) vintage dresses just for this trip. Here's a peek:





I hope to do an outfit post just about everyday from the Cape, but we'll see how that goes!

    Vintage eye: Ha! I should have said this is the pretty part of my luggage load, there are two other piles of running clothes and beach clothes. (So, add 2 more pairs of shoes to that --I'll wear my brown Reef flip-flops --not pictured--just about everyday!)
